What a RŌZ Team byline means
RŌZ Team articles are edited and reviewed for the type of guidance they contain:
- Topic is chosen from real customer questions, CX tickets, search data, and stylist feedback.
- A staff writer with topical experience drafts the article.
- Technique-led articles may receive stylist review, identified when it occurs.
